I was pleasantly surprised when the staff went out of their way to return my forgotten hairbrush promptly. the room was exceptionally cozy, with the heating set to the perfect temperature, making me feel right at home. the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the plush carpeted floors to the convenient proximity to various dining options like Cafe Oasis and Forno Pizza. the MyShake app also came in handy for exploring the nearby attractions. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and amenities offered by this hotel.
